By using advanced computer modelling techniques we can optimise the design, material selection and finishing processes to eliminate known points of failure.

As the parts we make become even more complicated and precise, our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and the software that supports it, measures the geometry of physical objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe so we can test a part against the design intent. We can use it manually or programme it to repeatedly measure identical parts, or even reverse-engineer parts.
